Orders placed before 10pm will be shipped the next business day.
Within Austria 2-3 business days. EU-wide 3-4 business days.
We use GLS as our shipping service provider. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been prepared for delivery.
No, we do not have a minimum order value, but the order value affects the shipping costs outside Austria.
Austria:
For orders under 75€, shipping within Austria is 5.50EUR.
For orders over 75€, shipping is FREE. (Up to 10kg)
Please note that all orders over 10kg will incur additional shipping costs. (see below)

Please note that during the summer months there is a certain risk that chocolate or other heat sensitive sweets may arrive melted. Unfortunately we cannot control the temperature and conditions that products are exposed to when they leave our warehouse. Delivery trucks can get very hot during the summer months and chocolate may melt. These products will return to their normal state if left to cool or placed in the fridge. Orders of these sweets are at your own risk and we do not refund melted chocolate and sweets.
Please note that some cans may become dented during shipping. Ordering these cans is at your own risk and we will not refund dented cans.
