+ When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10pm will be shipped the next business day.

+ How many days does shipping take?

Within Austria 2-3 business days. EU-wide 3-4 business days.

+ Which shipping service provider will be used for my package and can it be tracked?

We use GLS as our shipping service provider. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been prepared for delivery.

+ Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value, but the order value affects the shipping costs outside Austria.

+ How much does shipping cost?

Austria:
For orders under 75€, shipping within Austria is 5EUR.
For orders over 75€, shipping is FREE. (Up to 10kg)

Please note that all orders over 10kg will incur additional shipping costs. (see below)

10kg - 20kg 7,99EUR
20kg - 30kg 14,99EUR
30kg - 60kg 19,99EUR

EU-I:

For orders under 25€, shipping costs 15,30€
For orders over 25€, shipping costs 18,30€
For orders over 95€, shipping is free (up to 10kg)

+ Warning of summer heat

Please note that during the summer months there is a certain risk that chocolate or other heat sensitive sweets may arrive melted. Unfortunately we cannot control the temperature and conditions that products are exposed to when they leave our warehouse. Delivery trucks can get very hot during the summer months and chocolate may melt. These products will return to their normal state if left to cool or placed in the fridge. Orders of these sweets are at your own risk and we do not refund melted chocolate and sweets.
